Hey dude, you're the reason we disable Wonder victories on Age of Empires.

Hi all, really excited to get involved with everything DU. Been browsing YouTube, these forums, and the DU discord for awhile now and figured it was time to finally join in the community. I've really enjoyed seeing how passionate everyone is with the game even though it's still a fair way from completion, gives me hope that the final months to release will see a huge passionate player-base.

Maybe while things a small, maybe not as DU grows.
 
Keep in mind that emergent game play can, and does, bring out baiting and trolling. So there is a very fine line there.
 
Lines naturally should be, and are, drawn at rl death threats etc..
 
All I am saying is that one persons tease could be seen as another persons troll.
 
Easy way to combat it - is just chill
 

Why dont you go with something you think of yourself? just make a new form, its pretty easy. i made some form for Tranquility and it works, its not always needed to make it big or 100% democratic, just working and as democratic as possible is enough   unless you really like popcorn

I'm extremely certain a republic is a very un-unique style of government. America is a republic (shut up naysayers), and it is one of the biggest countries in the world.
Also, no. Republics cannot function within a game like this because it promotes elitism and favoritism among a group of people.
