IIRC NQ recommends a minimum Internet connection of 6.000 kb/s but 2.000 should work too. As has already been mentioned, a good connection is only a nice to have ☺

He already owns the Sponsor Pack, so he now sees "60 Euros" at the patron. He probably doesn't know that this is an upgrade and is surprised why his "expensive package" offers less than the 60 € pack.
The Patron costs 180 € - because you already bought the Sponsor Package for 120 €, you can upgrade it for 60 €.
