I hope you were able to resolve this already but if not my recommendation to you would be to restart you computer and try again. This is arguably a bit excessive as just restarting the client is usually sufficient but there have been a few rare cases where a full restart is required. Should the problem still persist after that then please reach out to Novaquark Customer Support via https://support.dualthegame.com
