Bento Bachs Posted April 20, 2022 Share Posted April 20, 2022 I had a power outage while I was in game. When I restarted game after power came back on, the game would not run. I tried starting in "Run as Administrator". still would not work. uninstalled and reinstalled. Still does not run. doesn't seem to get past the click on Icon. Any Ideas? The best thing to do when you encounter a problem is to contact NQ support via https://support.dualthegame.com. In this particular case, you likely have a corrupted installer and a reinstall alone is not completely cleaning it up. Try deleting the following folders before attempting a reinstall. That will most likely fix your issue.
