First, we’d like to apologize for the disruption it’s caused. Second, we’d like to thank everyone who took the time to send in Support tickets, detailed crash reports, and related logs. The information went a long way in helping us to narrow down the cause. The good news is that a fix is in the works. The bad news is that we probably won’t have it ready until after the weekend.
