Merge Luminescent White Glass with the Upcoming Transparent Glass Honeycomb

The upcoming Transparent Glass honeycomb could have the following settings to replace the then obsolete Luminescent White Glass Honeycomb:

- RGB value for color
- 01..100 value for transparency
- 01..100 value for luminescence

All values addressable with LUA, too.

This fusion will be good to see many amazing new usages, more than with transparent glass honeycombs alone.
