Invalid Login/Password (Error: 100)

When I try to log in I get an "Invalid Login/Password (Error: 100)."

 

When I reset the password, nothing happens.  No email is received.  Yes, I checked the spam folder.

 

On the login errors support page, it says:  "If you're facing the issue shown above, please try to register your Dual Universe email address instead of your Username."

 

Anyone know what that means?  When we register, we put in both an email address and an username.  That doesn't make sense.

 

If I try to make a new account with my email address (which I assume is needed, since I paid using that email address), it says that email address is already in use.

100 usually means the server is down.  106 usually means the server is up, but set for private low load testing by mods and likely to be up soon unless a new problem is found.

I get the same thing every time I try to log in over the past week.  I think you are mistaken.

"Usually".   Go to discord (I know, right?) and try to get help.
