Surface Harvesting...Does it cause Lag?

Every planet is riddled with this crap.  Now, before I get started, I do think it should be that way on Sanc Moon, and to a decent degree on alioth.  But on moons and other planets, maybe scale it way back.  Maybe it doesn't cause extra stress on the server, as I wouldn't know, but at the very least they also cause an eye sore on otherwise beautiful looking planets.  One thing to also keep in mind, even the super newbies, once they pass a certain point no one surface harvests.  If you have the capability to travel to an outer planet, set up industry, build a space ship, etc etc, the last thing you do is Waste valuable gaming time picking up 20L at a time on the surface.  So scale them wayyyyyyyyyyy back on other planets.
