I cannot play the game, I have a 12 month sub

I purchased a 12 month subscription, but every time I try to login it says, "You have been disconnected form the server. You have been disconnected from the server (Connection Lost)". At first I thought it was my computer or my installation, but nothing seemed to fix it. I rebooted, reinstalled the game and reinstalled Windows. After nothing worked I went to my friends house and he can log in and play just fine, but when I try to log in on his computer I get the same thing. 

 

Anyone have any ideas? It must be something with my account, but I can't figure it out.

Go into the #help-troubleshooting channel on Discord and ask for a support staffer to teleport you somewhere else lie a district. You may need to find a way to get back to where you were (hint, there are abandoned speeders around  ) but this would generally resolve the issue for you.

if you have a res node on your base and nothing on you that you would not be OK with to lose you can also respawn from there once logged in..
