Stuck at loading 100%

I keep getting stuck on the load screen at 100%, but the games not crashing because the pictures keep changing...so what's going on?

Make sure your internet connection it’s not bottle up and or you have other programs running that be ducking your cpu, which this game is addicted to.

I got the same problem here.
Bought the game yesterday (well, the 3 months sub), I restart the game, my computer several times but I keep being stuck at 100% loading. 

My CPU is not at 100% usage.

Any idea ?

Update : I used the boost mode of my CPU (i5 6500) and tadaaa : Connected ! It might be somthing else, I don't know actually. But if it can help someone else...
 

Suprisingly, even with my "small" hardware (1060 6Gb, ssd, 16Go 2133Mhz RAM),  I'm having a pretty decent game sessions. Even in the district market, the framerate is not that low.
Some fps drop and random crash time to time (like once in 2 hours) but I'm really enjoying this !

I started an alt and I had to wait about 15 minutes at 100% to log in. I thought the game had crashed and was on the verge of alt-f4ing. but decided to leave it and did something else.  15 minutes later, Aphelia’s voice suddenly blurted out, surprising TF out of me.
