The planets you see are mostly a technical demo, to show what the game is capable of, regarding 3D, voxels models and gameplay. Anyway, nobody here has maps of those planets. As far as they have said, the universe will be completely different between alpha, beta and release. This is intentional so as not to give players who were in the alpha and beta and advantage by knowing the locations of resources already.
