from what I've heard PTS pvp mostly consists of ultra light xs cores now, is that true? Will this make Missiles on L cores super useful now, for both defending and destroying alien cores, or are L cores just completely irrelevant now? also, aren't Safe engines going to be super OP now?

Hi there) Our favorite game recently got a competitor, and I think need to take some steps to attract an audience. I think it would be a great idea to give everyone free access to PTS. On the one hand, it would be a great marketing move. On the other hand, you will get test participants, of which there are not so many yet. I understand that this will create additional load on the server without making any money. Therefore, you can come up with a limitation. Let's say 4 hours of gameplay per day per account, or something like that. What do you think?

Hey all! So I've been playing around with the new screen tech on the PTS, and decided to try to create a basic 3D renderer. It was a bit of a pain because there's a 50,000 character limit, and no vector libraries in place (yet?) but it was a fun challenge, and it runs fairly well! Anyone else playing around with the new screens yet?

In consideration of player feedback, we’ve been investigating the best possible solution to address a situation in public markets where parked ships have been causing clutter and performance issues. To address this, we will be creating additional landing pads in those areas, then moving ships to them, taking care to spread them out so that the end result will be a better “feel”, aesthetically and performance-wise. The first phase will begin today in Districts 6 and 7 on PTS where we will try out the tool to make sure it’s working properly. If so, we’ll announce when the operation will happen on the Live server. That will require an extended downtime, so we want to do it when it will be the least disruptive to peak playing times for the community.
