As lethys said, you will have to wait until NQ opens the store again.
At that point you will be able to purchase a package that will allow you to test the game on certain days.
However, no option will enable you to play immediately. You wil need some patience until you are added to the next wave of testers. So you have plenty of time deciding if you want to test this game.

As twerk said you need a gold level or higher pledge to participate in pre alpha. Unfortunately those are Not available anymore. But NQ will Release Support packs soon with which you can play in alpha 2.
