I have done a tour of all the (creative) space games: star citizen, empyrion, space engineers, KSP, you name it, I've been there. DU is by far the most amazing, complex game out there. It is the best. In terms of multitude of things to do, the depth of building, permission system, materials, scenery, lighting, etc.
Of course, there is still plenty of room to do better. For instance, the space brakes simply violate conservation of energy.

I understand and respect your decision to make it a monthly billing model, @NQ-Admin. But that decision was taken close to ten years ago!
In the name of the gaming community, in the name of bringing people onto this amazing game, in the name of more players and the future of DU: Please, pretty please shift to a purchase model instead of the monthly billing. I assure you, ALL of the friends I tried to get to play, including myself are scared off of this horrible model.

To compensate, add a shop for skins and rare deco items like star citizen and others have it. Add the option to buy ships, etc. You will get the needed revenue by getting a flood of new players once you move away from the subscription model. New players, that, in turn will start purchasing skins and the likes from the shop. Hell, I would buy skins!
Just please, get away from that trap, that horrible scarecrow of a subscription model.

    Cheers

The early economy broke so hard that they wiped accounts over a certain amount of quanta because people made billions in a few days, but that wasn't a true fix, as it didn't touch any wealth in the form of elements, ore, voxels or constructs. The buying power was still wildly concentrated. That is probably what they were referring to.

As for your multiple arguments about ore being income? You realise, you can use the ore to craft things, it's not just there to be sold for quanta. And if it's so cheap that you can't make income out of it, then it is cheap enough to buy with your 100k allowance and craft things with.

And the low buy orders? You only sell to them if you either:
    a) click on the button for selling to that order, and then click the confirmation window without reading it, or
    b) click on 'instant sell' and then click on the confirmation window without reading it.

As for alts? Yeah, feels like cheating, especially if you're one of the people who can't afford it, but how would you suggest they stop it? How would you prove that an account is an alt, without tracking data that everyone would be outraged at?

    Hi Noveans!

We are currently investigating the issue about the missing Sanctuary Territory Units (STUs).
It appears as if some of the backers have received the appropriate number of STUs and others did not.
We are currently in the process of defining exactly which group(s) of players are impacted.

To know how many STUs you should have, here's a quick recap:

Number of STUs per Founder Pack:
    - Iron Founder Pack: 0
    - Bronze Founder Pack: 0
    - Silver Founder Pack: 1 (gift granted at Supporter Packs launch)
    - Gold Founder Pack: 1 (gift granted at Supporter Packs launch)
    - Sapphire Founder Pack: 2 (gift granted at Supporter Packs launch)
    - Ruby Founder Pack: 2 (gift granted at Supporter Packs launch)
    - Emerald Founder Pack: 2 (gift granted at Supporter Packs launch)
    - Diamond Founder Pack: 2 (gift granted at Supporter Packs launch)
    - Kyrium Founder Pack: 2 (gift granted at Supporter Packs launch)

Number of STUs per Supporter Pack:
    - Contributor Pack: 1
    - Sponsor Pack: 1
    - Patron Pack: 2

If you believe that you are missing a STU on your account, we would ask that you please compare the list above with what you received. If those two numbers don't match, please write a ticket to our Customer Support team or reach out to one of our Community Managers. This would speed up the investigation.

    Best Regards,
    The Novaquark team.
