    " While I'll be taking a break from writing lore, I have decided to employ what tiny spare time I have left on something else. We've seen a lot of organisations spring up in the last few months and a lot of them are in need of a good logo, signature, banner and perhaps some text to give the organisation in question some solid footing. This is something I'll be doing personally: sans Aether, TRANCE, or Outpost Zebra. What does the Premium Content Pack contain? A tailored Photoshop logo for your organisation - mostly created from scratch. It will be unique and I assure you, you won't find it anywhere else on the internet. A signature image. All the cool organisations have it (mine included), why not yours? A profile image (mostly a combination of the logo or something else within my power). Some organisation leaders love their organisations so much, they take it upon themselves to carry the face of the organisation everywhere. Besides, it is a perfect idea for an army of identical alts. A banner or an Ad artwork. A few organisations have websites of their own and we all know every organisation with a website has a banner that goes along with it. So, if you are in need of a 1024px or greater banner, that's included as well. Some background lore text. I love writing and I couldn't resist the temptation to include this in here. Granted: I will not be writing a book for your organisation. Rather, it is some text of your choosing and setting that gives your organisation a lot more life than a basic description and a picture. No great nation is without a history. You get five different items in a single pack and all of them are tailored to your demands. Sounds good, no? Kindly note that I am not competing with anyone to make logos. It's an idea I had a few weeks back but, lacked the right opportunity to make a solid offer. I've made logos for other organisations and most of the Aether artworks are products of my spare time and Photoshop skill. I'll be doing some more Photoshop works for the Aether and I think this a perfect opportunity to do more with less time. "

    " The last of the Aether's Frozen in Time Arc is up and online. It's been a wonderful, new experience and a trying experiment in trying to determine what method of writing I enjoy. Needless to say, I will not be writing without planning in the future: it's irregular and inconvenient for me. The offer on guessing the next service expires tomorrow (Wednesday) and I'm glad to know we are that cryptic in the Aether!     "Hello. The grand finale of the short Frozen in Time Arc is ready at last. Minutes stretched into hours due to some formatting problems on the Aether Forums, but, it's ready at last. There are no less than half a dozen Easter eggs in this one, and I hope you enjoy it at least half as much as I did while writing it. The first person to find all the Easter Eggs wins his organisation a free ad space on Outpost Zebra for two weeks. This offer is open till third of July or till the winner bags it. Sadly, the Easter Eggs are in the .pdf version only: formatting made them too conspicuous on the Aether Forums. We are working on that. Now you must know that I'm torn between two sequel arcs: "The Omnipresence" arc that deals with stargates, or the "Gods among Men" arc that focuses on Cybernetics, implants, and... you guessed it: questionable enhancing drugs that your mothers told you to stay away from. I'm close to making a decision, having made some preparations for both, but I'm still open to feed back from the audience. Frozen in Time's ended now, but I made a promise at the beginning: each arc is interwoven with another. The next arc won't start where FiT ended, neither will it start where FiT began. Rest assured, you have not seen the last of Aurelie, Mistral, or Jamius. Weep not: Regis isn't gone - not yet. I wish you all the best. I'll be taken a break from writing while I plan the next arc. Circa the next two weeks, BOO, the Blue Moon Crew and the Dual Universe Historical Society will have their adverts on the site. Thanks to a retweet from Dual Universe, page visits have been up. In the coming days, a few more articles will definitely be posted...perhaps one on how to grow an organisation? Who knows? For adverts after the current ones have expired, kindly contact Falstaf, Epidemic, Kael, Adamantine or me. We'll keep everything in the cycle: free and fair.     " I wish you all a wonderful day. The next Dual Universe Service the Aether will be providing will be made public soon. I'll release a hint or two, and the first person to guess the correct answer (non-Aether member, of course) will earn his organisation a guaranteed ad space on Outpost Zebra for two weeks - once there is an open space, that is. This service will be ready from week one if everything goes according to plan (which, let us be honest, almost never does). Thank you all for your support within and without the Aether. Quite recently, a few events have shaken things up, but we're glad the Community has not turned out the worse for it. The Aether is still accepting new members, but the terms are somewhat strict. Repeatedly rejecting applications is not an enjoyable task, but we will not be making concessions in that regard. A few organisations have reached out to us concerning TRANCE and we are much encouraged by the help and support. We are still open to talks, advice and critique concerning the concept.     " I know you saw this update and thought that the last Chapter is finally out. Sorry for letting you down - in advance. We are through writing and compiling, so you should expect it later today or tomorrow. Work has not been a walk in the park lately. However, the good news is: we are through reviewing it and have plans to start the next series of records. We finally found the bug that made the reports sound so analytical. The style in this story still has some errors due to the said bug, but it gives a hint of what the next story might sound like. We might even make enough advances to switch to first person point of view. Needless to say, it will be tricky; but that is a story for another day. Cheers. "

For through them flows water: the essence of life. In every productive society and the greater economy, transportation is of burning importance. In every war, logistics are as important as the weapons employed in the repelling or vanquishing of hostile forces. In every successful company, logistics towers over many aspects of business. In Dual Universe, a place with thousands of players, how much more important will the seemingly trivial luxury of transportation be? A single journey from one point to another, can make any player a wealthy one, or be the nail in the coffin for the unprepared victim. Consider TRANCE the bridge over an impassable canyon. Or think of it as the blood vessels bringing life to dormant parts of the Universe. Visualise it as a power grid, illuminating unexplored areas, or regard it as the road to your success. TRANCE is all of these and much more, if only you will so much as gaze at it. Star Gates are required for the overall success and welfare of the Dual Universe Community, especially as the known territories grow. Take into account the need for cooperation, the importance of the shifting dynamics of power and the necessity of easily accessible transport routes for medium and long distances. Do not fret: The Aether has decided to be the pioneering force behind the use and provision of stargates for the greater Dual Universe Community. What TRANCE Is. TRANCE is one category of a larger group of services known within the Aether as LIGHT. Its primary purpose is to facilitate and simplify logistics in Dual Universe. Publicly accessible stargates, created and maintained by the Aether are for the good of Dual Universe. Complementary services are also available, but unlike the Stargate Network, these are not entities of their own and will be directly tied to the Aether. What TRANCE is not. It is not the Alpha and Omega of all Dual Universe transport systems. Stargates will be expensive to build, costly to protect and the system will be challenging to coordinate in its infancy. TRANCE will not get you thirty paces away from your start point – walk, sprint or use a craft for that. The purpose of TRANCE it to provide a dirt cheap way for people to travel over medium and long distances, reducing the risk and time spent in unstable or neutral territory. TRANCE is not a plan hatched by Grand masters and occultists to take over your life and force you to do things you rather wouldn’t. TRANCE is not a government spying tool to gather information about your virtual transport tendencies and thus determine your real life patterns. Kindly get some help if you were thinking along that line. Some might be sceptical about the idea of Stargate plans so early. For them we have this question: whose stargate system would you rather use: the one developed by a neutral organisation with plans long matured and an established clientele, or a system hurriedly set up by an organisation with questionable credibility and unstable plans? For the time being, we will not restrict posts and submissions - as long as they are about Dual Universe, Dual Universe events or Dual Universe content. What that means, is that you are free to write articles and submit them. A friendly warning in advance: To preserve the integrity and positive status of Outpost Zebra, questionable content will be out-rightly rejected. Some articles that we deem unfit for the public or harmful to the image of Outpost Zebra will also be refused publicity. We are more than willing to discuss with aspiring writers and interested contributors about what to submit and what not to share. An explanation via message will follow every hindered article and we will be in constant contact with contributors. Some of you have noticed the Advertisement place holders. Yes, they are for you to use. However, with over 1500 organisations registered on Dual Universe, it could take a while for any request to be granted. It's more on a "first come, first served" basis.     " The above two points are correct, but for the sake of the future, you should remember a very important point. Images linked to your Google account will not be displayed on the web, unless you copy the image to your local drive or host it on a hosting website. Hence, the "403" error CommanderLouiz saw, because you have not set the permission settings within Google Drive to publicly accessible. I encourage you to follow Lord_Void's advice: use imgur.com. It is by far the most stable image hosting site I have come across: others tend to periodically go offline or shut down completely. Cheers. "

    " Thank you for that. I still have to simplify a few things, it seems. The problem with writing without a definite plan set in place is the unwelcome chance of the characters becoming too many - each vying for more attention. Changing views with so many characters is indeed, troublesome. For the writer, it's a way to hop from one slow scene to an interesting one and back again, when the scene is in favour of some appropriate inspiration. For the reader, however, it is not so simple: engrossed in the final throes of one character to be thrown into the melancholy evening of another is something best kept for 'seasoned readers' (yes, there is such a thing as 'seasoned readers', you just won't find it in the dictionary). The FiT Arc will end in Chapter 7, but we'll pick up from there in the future. Thank you all for your support and encouragement: it's kept me going as always! Cheers. "

    " Well, hello again. You still remember us, don't you? Chapter 5 is finally out, and the AIs had the time of their lives pulling it off. The result is a magnificent report - almost 5000 words long. Rest assured, this one has more action than any of the others and you can expect Chapter 6 by Sunday or Monday. Here you go: Chapter 5. Things took an awry turn in this chapter, but you have not seen the last of Professor Set. The old man has some thing up his sleeve - literally. As always, I look forward to your critiques, observations and the usual. I am thinking of putting these chapters up on Royal Road Legends, but I'll wait till Chapter 6 before a solid decision is made. The attachment can be found along with the link.     " Chapter 4 sat on my desktop for two weeks while I pondered about this or that. This report was lacking in depth for quite a while and frankly, we all got a fatigued with tweaks and corrections here and there. Fear not, though: we pulled through. For hours, we have been editing non-stop, adding details here and there and at last, we are done. As usual, find the online version of the story here. The .pdf version is linked as an attachment on the same page. Now, I must warn the readers that we have a lot less time on our hands than before: it will take a while to find an appropriate release cycle. We all love a steady stream of good reports, but it is far more important that the intervals are regular. Thus, we will be settling for one new report every two weeks - if we have more time to spare, it might be one report per week, but we urge you not to count on that. Lethys voiced some concerns and we have duly taken them into account. As the reports proceed, all actions will become clearer. Something huge is going to blow in Marcel in the next story, stay frosty for that. We wish you all the best and a cosy reading. "
