  1. @beaguest

There was indeed something wrong with the Windows installation, I reinstalled it and some things changed,

but the average FPS are still the same on default graphic settings. I ordered the CPU now to give it a try.

    @Haunty

I tried it. With the new installation, I get now about 70-80 FPS with deactivated shadows, but that looks creepy.

I guess, I have to live with it.

  2. Hmm.... that's strange. Shouldn't the FPS scale with better cards? I've seen older benchmarks,

the highest tested card was a RTX 2070 which reached over 100 FPS, and I'm happy if I get 60.

I could live with the 45 FPS I have mostly, if they wouldn't drop at markets so bad.

True, when I teleported to the ship museum I had 30-40 fps, quite bad when I consider my setup (3070, 5600X, 32 GB RAM). I wonder what would the fps of a recommended PC be, 15-20?

It seems there is a problem with RTX 3000 cards. I've seen benchmarks with older cards, they all work OK. Even a RTX 2060 is better than my RTX 3060Ti.

  4. Hey, I had in the beta a GTX 1070 and had about 40-60 FPS and on markets sometimes 15-20 FPS. Especially for this game I bought a RTX 3060Ti and have now the same FPS.

Windows has been completely installed new, so it's not a problem of the OS or driver.

I can set everything on maximum without a problem, but the shadows.

Is there any way to fox this? If there is no chance, I could imagine to buy a RX 6700 or something instead, but would it help?

  5. My territory is cleaned, so I started harvesting ore at a free neighbor territory.
It seems the game shows more rock than are really there and says then "voxel error" while harvesting without giving any ore.

Is this a new bug, or would it make sense to place a territory unit to fix it?

You can still buy time codes here and apply them:

    https://store.markeedragon.com/affiliate.php?id=946&redirect=index.php?cat=360

Think that affiliate is Blazemonger, but you can edit that out if you wish.

I bought a 3 month for my son today and he applied it without problem.

You are too late to get the Pioneer rewards - that closed down on the 22nd.

Note that is an NQ official time code site - they even reference it in a post on the shutdown.

Time is running out to get the beta pricing (e.g. $9.95/month) vs. release pricing ($15/month) - just a day or two to go on that, although any time code you buy now can be applied later.

I can confirm that, just bought a key and it worked. If you pay in EUR you don't really safe much though. I payed 10,73 EUR and a subscription costs 12,99 EUR

I like the game very much and had a lot of fun while the beta, but I don't understand why every good game must focus so much on PvP.

I've played a lot of sandbox MMO's. If there are PvE servers too, the PvP servers are almost dead, so I can't imagine that the majority wants that.
    Bummer.

  8. @blazemonger To buy a ship bigger was my second goal. I saved 2 m qantas while 2 days of mining and wanted to buy the small hauler at the ship-store, but that was a hard grind.
I've found a spacehauler on du-creators with 48k Container volume, the token costs 1,25 m.
Honestly i don't know yet what I want do, I wanted to see whats fun and make some money to proceed.

  9. Hey,

I'm playing now about a week and startet yesterday a journey to Alioth, to find a spot to mine.
I thought you have to place a territory unit to do so, but it doesn't seems to be like that.

How do you find a spot to mine then? All territorys i visited were dead.
