you should also introduce some kind of bounty hunting on players that you can pick up that mission to others plays a kind of reward for killing certain people or reward for destroying some of enemy ships buildings an so on ..

 

and a good idea to introduce all kinds of shops supprt the ressucer there is in the game as a player can create it might be a casino or other people will be on making

I think they plan to do this with job boards in communities, You can check out the job boards for any bounties and take them up

 

And in turns of shops and other services, Their won't really be a limit on it other than your creativity and how you make it work, As well as how popular it is with the community I guess
