[Lua] Modula example

I posted up a small example for my Modula scripting framework.

 

It's still early days, but hopefully it will be of interest to someone, somewhere (possibly in a galaxy far, far away...).

BTW it would be amazing if you could make a guide on how to set up the environment you use to develop your scripts using the framework. I'm new to Lua and dual universe and I'm a bit lost on how to use VS code to write my code instead of doing it ingame
