Enhancers - excess garbage recyclers

Performance parts have slots on them that allow you to insert enhancers.  Enhancers are made using parts manufactured, and then recycled in the recycler.

 

for example:

Every time i recycle an engine I have a chance of getting an enhancer for engines.  The % chance of getting an improved enhancer (higher tier) is lower and lower, with up to 5 tiers of enhancers.

 

This would apply to engines, containers, etc and allow new players and veterans alike to partake as it's just a % chance of conversion. 

 

The tier of scrapped parts determines the tier of enhancer that you're trying for
