I'll refer to EVE online, everyone can warp place to place, but a "Capitol" ship can warp entire fleets and take I don't recall how much lord knows time to build. I'd love to see something restrictive like a "Capitol" core and elements, that are heavy on resources and time, but the payout is worth it.
