Tumenter50 Posted September 25, 2020 Share Posted September 25, 2020 So raising a ticket will work cause if not i will need to refund this as i thought the display name when creating my account was to act as my account login name meaning now my character name is some weird name i would use for account login. They really need to be more descriptive in letting people know this information when making an account saying your damm character will be this name in game. After raising the ticket, contact any NQ-??????? named official rep on Discord with your ticket number to tell them you’ve done so. I’ve found they respond very quickly. good luck.
