Invalid Teleporter Location

While doing the Academy tutorials after completing the first one I tried .. now all teleporters I try to use to any tutorial of any kind says invalid teleporter location  in red anytime I attempt to teleport . this is game breaking for me and I cannot solve it . is there anyone know what i am doing wrong or a fix if it is a bug ?   i tried reloading the game and changing planets . everything . nothing works i can find . just in red letters in the middle of the screen "invalid teleporter location" everytime i try to teleport .   after i did my hover tutorial and it completed it just broke my teleporters . and my objective in the top left to go to the sancturary moon is gone .  and going to the moon doesn't bring it back.   what gives ?

I am also having this issue with the Tutorial Teleporters on Sanctuary.

I want them to implement player craftable teleporters.  Even if it's just a few hundred meters.

Same issue for me.. Hard to learn the game with out the tutorials..

Yes, I'm having the same issue, doesn't matter if its Sanctuary or Alioth, same issue.

I was able to access the mining tutorial today.
