Blackhawk-1 Posted March 8, 2018 Share Posted March 8, 2018 Hello there, I have an old Iron founder pack but I would like to buy a silver Sponsor Pack, the thing is I want to use my same email address to avoid creating a secondary account, if I try to login using my DU web credentials, I get ERROR 500, does anyone know what to do in this case? Thanks! Resolved using other topics, you have to use your forum username not the email from the previous login. MY PROBLEM now is that the checkout button is grayed out for me. Mod-Merwyn Posted March 8, 2018 Share Posted March 8, 2018 Hi @Blackhawk, Unfortunately, you cannot upgrade your founder pack to a supporter pack as state in the FAQ: Quote You can upgrade a Supporter Pack to a higher, more expensive one. However, you can’t upgrade a Founder pack to a Supporter one. (source: https://www.dualthegame.com/en/pledge, the little [?] FAQ button on the wottom left, just above packs comparisom).
