How do you do that? It seems like you need to launch a new research per each organisation until you find the guy.  That's a lot of time spent to get a simple information.

Edit: Ok I found out. You do it by the url,  /accounts/profile/<theName>

Thats a weird way to do it...

I see a potential "thought flaw". It would or could be, in bold:

"Best way" is kind of relative if you think about it. "Best way" implies "the only right or fastest way".

But how can there be "the best way" (singular) if it heavily depends on both the organizations and the organization seekers?

My point is, I find the notion of a "universal super recipe" for recruitment flawed, if that is indeed subconsciously or consciously meant. Of course some people will say X or Y are 'the best ways' and that is fine, but to be nitpicky or precise, it all really varies and depends on what you look for and who you look for.

Some groups might try this and get far, others might try the same only to see failure or an inefficient way.

Perhaps I change the wording a bit to reply and provide input to the topic.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In short, I don't know what "the best" way would be, but these things would or could likely help in general:

    • A refined thread with structure in both content or information and formatting
    • (Other) Promotional material of any kind that has seen at least some care or 'love' (effort)
    • Being present in a subset of the community if it is huge or the general community, if able to
    • Generally being known or able to approach people and interact with them
    • ...and likely a lot more!

I'm guessing you ask this because you aren't just bored or curious, but to see what tips you could apply to your own organization.

With that possibility in mind I would add "patience" to the list or as advice. It can be a long tedious task for starting organizations, and growing is one thing, but keeping that growth can be a different cup of tea, as people come and go.

You can only really recruit if you can attract people. Think about your ideas, what you intend to cover, your goals and how you promote those. You need to be or appear lucrative to others to attract people. You also likely have to experiment a lot to eventually discover what would be "the best way" for your growth or organization.

    Just my 2 DAC.

The only thing I can respond to this is that I really appreciate your answer. And yes this is really to get some tips for my own use. I will read this closely and try to do my best.

hahaha all these subtleties make this game very attractive. As, for instance, another way to see, recognize and deal our limits and contradictions -and to show or develope our virtues aswell- in a safe enviroment.

I could not agree more. In the end I think wars will never make things much better. It should just be the last option in the toolbox

  5. Hello everyone. The Holy Space Empire has just been founded and we are looking for members.

We are a peaceful nation and a sanctuary for those who need it. We are a player rights defender who will stand up for the weak against those who wish to harm innocent players who is not even a threat. If you need a safe place you can count on us!

  6. So lets say you are a leader a large organisation, you and your wise council members all sit around a table to listen to some public opinions how to improve the economy lets say(something important). And everything goes well but the third person to come in pretends in the beginning and then tries to murder you or one person in your council. What will you be able to do? Well most of you will just suggest shooting him and killing him but I wont. Well you should be able to but I suggest a prisoner mecanic. some stun and handcuff things that makes managing the evil person easier.

Another example is if another player is cought stealing from your voult? come on, ti would make sence and it would be fun to be able to look people up in a cell for some time atleast... Having them there forever would lead to 1000 of players being looked up forever and then quiting the game :,D

  7. Greetings to the one reading this message. I am Tommy and I am currently 19 years old. I just bought my own house so my life is really ready to be invested in countless hours of gaming. Im a smal streamer and I plan to be streaming this game as much as i can when the developers let me.

Since I was little child I have always wanted a game like this. I tested eve out but it did not really please me. And then came star citizen but i did not ever once fall from it becouse it just looked grindy and you could not even build your own ship. Also played alot of space engineer but no game really hit the target. And now the holy coders have given me a chance to fullfill my dream. To play this game :o So as soon as i got some money to spend i bought the golden support pack. So now im sitting here all sweety couse I cant see any signs of teh website understanding that i have pledged, cant even make a organisation that im looking forward to alot. So to end this i will just say that i know little about alot of things, thats why i need my people to fill in the gaps and face the challenges that will come.
