    Just got a reply on another forum from another player with the same issue... any assistance would be appreciated.

    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.. tried the Steam client, and the DU website client, Tried subscribing, tried adding 2FA, tried emptying the cache, Tried deleting my NQ folders, tried changing my password, Tried adjusting my GFX settings, tried many many different combinations of ways to get this to log in.. disabled Virus scan, disabled firewall.. i submitted a ticket 2 days ago with no response from customer service on what i should do next.. Any suggestions? other than moving on to another game and cutting my losses?
