You can add things to sell or change a price or take things off but it’s just an example of possible uses for a second account or however many.

Yes no one cares if you use a second account to stand around and check market prices or whatever but once you use it to try and defeat game mechanics like as a gunner. That’s when most games swing the ban ? ?

Multiboxing or dual boxing is when one person runs multiple instances of the game in the same or in different computers.
It will be impossible for JC/NQ to regulate this either way, as families play together on the same IP, college dorm students share the same IP, Internet cafes share the same IP, do you understand now?
Of course I played eve since 2003.....do you understand that it’s against the rules as they are stated now. And most players will be abiding by those rules. Why do you think you shouldn’t have to follow them? You think you are above the rules? Or you want an advantage over the players who follow the rules?
90% of player or higher don’t watch streamers. And are simply going by game rules as stated. And I don’t think the ceo expects them to do so for game rule
so your saying you won’t play 2 accounts on 2 computers. Because that is multi boxing? Your argument contradicts itself...no one has a problem with you and your brother or dorm mate playing on separate computers.

So if as you say multi boxing is ok. Why not say in the game description that 2 accounts will be needed for solo pvp play. Or maybe make it possible to put any guns on a ship that will fit it? Also 2 accounts is ok like he said. But multi boxing them to go around intended game play is not.....think dude

I’ll give you a better example, I have 3 computers in my house capable of running the game and I have played at the same time that my son is playing, but if this wasn’t allowed, how do JC propose to fix it for families that play togheter? And I’m not the only one, I have personal friends that I play with that also play with their families at the same time. Not allowing this means none of us could play together, meaning loosing subs. You understand this now?
You say so but it’s not reflected in the rules so it’s just your opinion. Until the rules are changed everyone is playing as they read except cheaters. And as you stated. Multi boxing is not allowed.....

What is authorized or forbidden
- Modifying the game files is forbidden, (except for the "Game/data/lua" folder (this is the only location where you can add or modify files).
- Modifying the game cache is forbidden (by default it is located in the directory C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\NQ\DualUniverse\) ;
- Reading or modifying the game memory is forbidden.
- Disabling, modifying, or attempting to evade the anti-cheat in any way is forbidden.

- multi boxing is still FORBIDDEN for those who can’t scroll up to the official rules. Game never intended for solo players to run gunships. And someone complained about others being antisocial ?. Instead of breaking the rules get a buddy on your gun.

Well all I see is people not wanting to follow the rules as they are. But as of now they are the rules we are supposed to be playing by. And unless they are changed every one needs to follow them. Even if you don’t like it. Don’t be a cheat. If they change it then others can do it also.

Yes I want written policies. You apparently want verbal authorization to break policy. Why do you think the written policy was put there? For everyone to ignore?

Pvp in DU is supposed to have a purpose like territorial control. Not mindless pvp. That’s why no solo players with gunboats. And for one character at a time. Again to limit pvp to be mostly group oriented. I don’t mind pvp my max sp falcon character was great until it got nerfed to useless because griefers cried. But this game is not supposed to be like eve

How do you know what he said on the video was after the rules were posted. He did say on the video they would have to look into it and the rules against it were very recent... maybe they looked into it and then posted the rules...rules are rules get over it.

And if you go to the gunners account. And leave the pilot. You are automating the ship to fly. So technically still against the rules..
