  1. Why does this company take so long to issue refunds? Surely such a lax attitude doesn't ingratiate them with their customers so what is the reason to drag the refund process out. Three weeks is more than enough time to complete a refund process.
  2. How long will it be before those of us who are unable to login can no longer catch up to the rest of the player base who are already in-game? I paid for this game a week ago and I am still unable to play. If this delay continues much longer I don't see it being possible to catch up without investing a large amount of time. Just in terms of daily login rewards we are behind. To begin with I wasn't too worried because I figured there would be a server wipe before the game's final release but I have since heard that there will be no more wipes.
  3. Good luck to you. I hope you get what you are after. But I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. I've been having the same problem as you for 5 days now and have given up on ever being able to login and play.
  4. I haven't been able to login and play since I have paid for my time so I don't know how this works. Does this game offer login rewards? If so, will those of us unable to login get get our accumulated login rewards?
  5. Disconnects are understandable. Being unable to login at all is a bit more severe.
  6. I wonder why there are two different Error:100's. I get a 'HTTP ERROR (ERROR:100)'
