Shields need voxel to work!

The refractive technology in shields only works when you have a hull for the energy to be redirected from.  What?!  


To help adjust the current meta I've had an idea, simple enough I think, to create some variety in pvp.


Honeycomb should have an additional attribute or just modify CCS.  This attribute would effect the number of hit points your shield has.  So heavy products would add the most hit points to the shield.  Light weight products should also add hit points to shields, not as much though.  All of this would need a maximum cap and should be effected by the type of honeycomb.  Higher tiers have a higher cap and gain.
