What this game reminds me of with their poor game play mechanics such as the mining flowers

atlas was an amazing game with great potential the potential to be one of the greatest games around. 

but with the path they took choices they made for the gameplay it got heavily downgraded server quantity heavily dropped and it became a purely crap game running on fumes because they cant afford better
with low player pop
and wouldnt be surprised if they dont make major changes to the game play/mining system and overall alt style system they got going it might meet the same fate

in this sense I see why people think the game will die in 2 years. though id give it a little longer but yeah on its current path poss
