Server-wide Major Achievement Notifications

A few other MMOs I have played have server-wide notifications of major achievements, especially right after release and patch releases. These became a fun long-term mini-event that players could do simply for bragging rights. It would be great if DU added this feature for major achievements (maybe Tier 4/5 ones?) and perhaps a few other things that are fun to track at launch like maybe when the first warp drive is crafted, when the first player warps, the first Alien Core is taken over, the first asteroid is discovered/landed on/mined out, the first player to crash a Core L ship, etc.

  System: * New Server First! CoolPlayer12923 has achieved Engage Warp: Warp a dynamic construct more than 100 SU! *

  System: **********************************************************************************************************************

  IndyPlayer45: Congrats CoolPlayer12923!

  PiratePlayer159: Oh man, now I can't core CoolPlayer12923 as easily. Congrats man.

 

 

I would also suggest adding a UI element to the achievements area so it would be possible to see the ones that are already claimed and maybe even by whom, but worst-case we could track this on the Wiki.
