Organization logo

I'm trying to make a logo for an organization I plan on making, but whenever I plug the SVG's code into the logo section, nothing appears. I'm not that familiar with SVGs so I don't understand where I'm going wrong, I will attach a JPG and an SVG. I'd greatly appreciate if you could point out the problem, or even fix it.
