Environmental Audio per Hex such as Second Life

Hey i have this simple idea if you peeps like .

Every hex can be set to have its own music ,audio and sounds by the owner and will be playable each time a player enters the hex .

I saw this to the game called second life and i though i would be awesome to have this in game as a feature .

This way a player can play music streams, dj sets , mp3s , ambiences and audio on his own hex . Of course with  copyrights and permissions from NQ somehow .
