Fatal Network Error At 100% Loading

I am having this problem while loading the game every time I try to launch the game. Downloading the game took twice as long as it should because about every minute the launcher would crash compeletely. If I reopened the launcher it would resume the download. Once I had finally downloaded the game I tryed to launch it. The sign in page would come up and after putting details in and hitting play it would start loading. Everything looked normal. Then consistently when I reached 100% it would display the error in the picture. I have absolutely zero clue about what is wrong and if anyone knows could you please let me know. Thanks.
