Guest Nightstar Posted October 13, 2020 Share Posted October 13, 2020 I would like to suggest two new building tools. Symmetry tool: For creating symmetric shapes. It could work like this: First you select an area, then the tool will mirror that selection in the axis you drag the mouse. If the required materials are available, it will deploy. This can be achieved today by copying an area, mirror it then paste it in. However I find myself spending quite some time positioning the copied part etc. So a tool for symmetry would be really nice to have. Straighten tool: For straightening voxels instead of smoothing. It is often a struggle to avoid bumps and tears in constructs. The smoothing tool tends to make things thinner and sometimes deformed. A "straightening tool" could work in a way that it evens out surfaces so they become more even, flat and angular. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
