Mute option at the log-in screen.

Since login queues are going to be a thing for a while, why don't you add an option to mute the music for just the login screen? It sucks having to mute the game altogether either via the options or windows, just to have to unmute it again once we're logged in. Just let me mute the login screen so I can alt-tab and do something else while waiting to log in. Thanks!
