Possible solution for the "stuck at the loading screen (100%)"

I tried to get into the game for 3 days with no success.

At 100% it stuck every time.

However, I noticed that at about 98-99% I could see moving white arrows (player markers) on the loading screen for a very short time.

So, the game is running accordingly, the display just does not switch.

Then I switched to OpenGL in the graphics settings and tried again ...

Lo and behold, I was in the game.

I immediately closed the game and switched back to DirectX.

 

Since then I haven't had the problem anymore. 

Maybe it will help one or the other.
