Is anyone aware of when the Content Creator Pack from the pledges will be available?

Greetings all, I recently joined the community and came on as a Patron. When I did so, I saw that the server status was active, but after downloading the game the status now says the next test is April 19. I have a few questions that I'm hoping someone would be kind enough to answer: 1) Generally, how often is the server made available for testing? 2) When it is available, for how long of a span of time is it typically active? 3) Will there be pie?
