I would like some kind of pipe system. Could evolve in some kind of (strange) meta gameplay for stations and very small ships ^^

Will there be some kind of Network for Resources / Components like there is in Space Engineers? And if, how will it work? And if not, why not? How will the inventory in genereral be managed?
