  1. I don't know what you're looking to spend but I paid $4800+. I have my desktop FPS set to 144 Hz, play at Ultra settings, and only get a momentary pause after I'm not sure how long, maybe 15 to 20 mins I think. Game saving? Depending on the UI window I have up or sometimes when I switch to Firefox, I'll hear my video card go full blast, annoying. Other than that I have no other issues.

Enter build mode by pressing b then remove some voxels so you can escape then press backspace to revert the change. Consider modifying the ship to move the roof one or two voxels higher or move some stuff around.

That worked. Extended the cab forward, raised the roof, reduced the floor on both exits, and now it's fine. Thanks!

  3. I just bought the 20t capacity Hauler and can't exit the cockpit. It's like I'm too tall for it. My head clips through the top of the cab and eventually moves to where I end up stuck between the seat and outside. Crouching doesn't help. I tried exiting/restarting the game and end up inside the windshield gradually sliding to the same spot in the doorway on one side or the other of the cockpit.

Is there a trick to getting out?

  4. I wanted to sell ore to a buy order but the market said I didn't have it in the market container. I put my ores in the market container. However, I seemed to have to make sell orders for them and I still can't sell to a buy order. It says there's 0 available for sale in the market container even though I have them in the market container. I tried deleting an order thinking the ore would go back into my inventory but it didn't and deleted my ore too.

    What's going on?

Update: I realized I didn't need to create a Sell order and could just do Instant Sell. I did have one of the Sell orders I was able to do an Instant Sell for. I don't know how though.

  5. When I get in the Speeder hovercraft the game says there's collisions and corresponding items will be disabled. Under Construct Information it shows Adjustor XS and Basic Atmospheric Engine XS with red triangles colliding with something. The Speeder seems to be flying fine.

For future reference you don't need to place elements so that they are actually connected to anything else in a realistic fashion.

When placing an element just point at the construct to set the initial element direction, and before pressing LMB to accept use the arrow keys and page up/down to move the element out into thin air. Works anywhere as long as you stay within the build area of the core.

Thank you, thank you thank you! I placed it some distance above the core and now flies with the container.

  7. I bought 2 container M's but they wouldn't fit in my nanopack. I read about attaching a small container to the Speeder, putting the containers in it, and driving off with the container. I got the container attached to the Speeder and got the containers into the smaller container but no matter where I attach the container on the Speeder the game says it's colliding with something on the Speeder and won't fly. I've tried attaching parts to the container that were highlighting red but they game still says there's a collision.

How do I attach the container to the Speeder so I can take it to my base?

Update: I ended up deleting the containers I bought, sucks. :( then removing the container from the Speeder to get it to fly. Unless someone else has an answer, I guess I'll have to get a ship with a container.

Hey Dagorva sorry to hear your having difficulty. The voxel tutorial is normally completable but if you somehow managed to bug it out then I encourage you to submit a bug report detailing all your steps so the support team can try reproducing the problem. In this case I suspect you just got stuck because an intermediately step was missed (ie: the selective copy action). The voxel system is quite powerful but that also makes it rather complex and hard to master. Maybe try watching one of the video tutorials on the main website to get a better feel for the process.

If you (or anyone else) has the time, I would be interested in hearing more about your experience with the in-game voxel tutorial and whether or not you have any suggestions on how it can be improved/clarified.

With the Line Tool, after connecting the yellow boxes wrongly, it says to rotate the connecting point with the rotation key 'R' but I can't see anything happening and the tutorial doesn't progress. There's no video tutorial for this either. I'll submit a bug report for it if I don't find a solution.

  9. Line Tool: After the connecting the yellow parts it says to target a surface and rotate the brush but nothing happens nor does the brush change color no matter where you click. Very confusing. Had to skip to the end.

Smooth Tool: Clicking on edges with the Smooth Tool does nothing. Didn't go any further. Too frustrated at this point.

Update: Did the Tutorials again and figured out with the Line Tool that holding 'R' and the mouse wheel scroll rotates but pressing 'R' alone does nothing. With the Smooth Tool I had to click and hold. The Tutorial says to just click.
