  1. Been following DU for a while I thought I had been a good boy and signed up to the forums but sadly I did not though I had thrown trailer up on my youtube channel Jun 13, 2016 so not sure when the forums came online but bad bad me :)

There is not much to tell you. I'm unemployed and I love making youtube videos and enjoy playing Indie game / Testing.

I hope to make some friends here and spend many years here.

PS: I'm sadly not a backer due to Money issues but it's not stopping me from sharing with my friends and family and I will keep advertising the game to the community!

  2. I would love if there was a way to active level up skills with passive training to allow people to skill up if they plan on physically playing the game more. I always loved the skill system in eve when I originally played but like many people the skill system and getting behind always sort of sucked.

It's a MMORPG and you can't always be number 1 but the thought or idea of it is always something I always held onto in a game. Now when I look at Eve I can't get myself to play because I feel dirty that I can't catch up. I know a lot of people say you can do a lot or you don't need all the skills and such. But that is the thing, not everyone thinks that way.

Anyways I love to see an active part to help level skills up but if rushing or no lifers become a problem it could work sort of with the current max possible skill training time one can actually do. Meaning that if someone played for a year you could active level your skills + passive train them up to the year point and then you be hitting the cap.

Not sure if anyone else has interesting ideas with this but it could be more of a catch up mechanic then anything.

  3. I have to admit one reason I refuse to touch Eve these days is because I'm behind. Of course in any MMORPG you are always going to behind someone out there. But at least you mentally know there is a chance you could be the best or one of the best.

To me it's hard to love it a lot because of the idea of taking a break and coming back and being behind.

This why I like to see some sort of active skill system where you actually can while playing physically help level your skills outside of a time restraints.

  4. I would love to have stims / boosters in the game. I think they could even influence temp skill sets via the character skill system but at a very high cost to make / produce and very rare raw resources for them.
