So, regarding transfer of territory ownership, I absolutely understood having to pay the TU placement fee again before demeter, when there were variable fees depending on whether it was a character or org claim and on how many tiles have been owned by the entity. Now, with a flat fee of 500k, it seems a bit unjustified that I have to repay 500k when I transfer ownership of a tile from an org to my character or vice versa. Anyone has any thoughts on that? Any reason for that being justified?
