You don't need territory warfare to achieve something we can fight for. Here are some other possibilities:
1) Removing safes zones from outer planets up until the atmosphere - will require having a control of the area to safely warp in/out.
2) Introducing valuable space asteroids with ore in PVP space.
3) Making current warp beacons on outer planets capturable, only those who hold the beacon can warp in/out.
4) Wardecs - Let ORGs declare war on another ORGs for a fee and attack it in ANY non atmosphere space.
This is what came to my mind in 2 minutes I write this.
If the answer to the question is "when we will make territory warfare". Then OK, let me know when you do it so I renew my sub after that patch.
Currently PVP is not "equal part" it just pointless, meaningless and the most bug-ridden part of the game.
