I have been having a issue with paying through Xsolia. I have tried Paypal, and 2 different CC cards. All seem to fail and cancelled by the payment system.
My partner has not had this problem.
Issue is that I have now had 3 seperate payments made to XSOLIA from the accounts. I am not sure if I can get this back due to Dual Universe not having a accounts department according to
a LIVE person in chat. (WEIRD)
I hope this post speeds things up a little as I have tried over 2 days and I am falling behind on gameplay and training.
HELP pls/
