  2. j'ai essayer cette adresse, https://refunds.xsolla.com/ mais le problème est qu'il ne rembourse que en dollars apparemment et pas en euro, à voir la suite. Ils donnent deux jours pour répondre, passer le délais je ferais opposition au payement. cordialement.
