Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this, couldn't see a help subforum. I bought this game back in September 2016 with the assumption that it would be released around 2018. I then kept an eye on the KS updates for the alpha release and when the updates stopped it slipped off my radar. I just saw an ad for the DU and hopped on to update my account and get into the game only to be faced with a "please buy pack to play" and then another page saying I was ineligible to upgrade my account? Why is this the case? Surely it should be possible to pay the difference between the founder pack and the supporter pack?
