yea nothing there, i never received any details after the kickstarter except a survey, is support really as poor as it seems? i explained quite clearly in my request and got a basic reply saying download here,

anyone know how i can do this? doesnt seem to be an answer to this anywhere, opened a support query, reply was to downloads from profile, no link, any help please?
