The game urgently needs Civilization Building before it should be launched. Here is my suggestion. Create a new type of core, the "TriCore". A single player can purchase it, and even place it. But right after placement, at least one or maximum two different of the neighbors must add their claim to this special core, otherwise it will decay within 24 hours.
