Anyone know which config file do I edit to force some lower settings?

Hello.

 

I installed game just yesterday on my notebook ( Intel 9750H undervolted + 2070mobile + 32RAM )

Almost immediately noticed that my laptop started to sound like a jet plane that is taking off -.- I checked my resource usage and noticed that my GPU stays at 99% usage +/-1%. Also my fans were at max speed. CPU stayed at around 15%. This is a pretty new laptop and I run must AAA titles fine at 60fps with much less noise and ultra settings while GPU never goes as far up in %. Must be bad optimization I think. I'm hoping this will be fixed rather soon. At this point it is unplayable for me. But the game itself runs without much "lag"

 

I'm looking for config file that I can try to edit to disable some video settings or force them to run at lower quality. I've already disabled shadows and set voxel quality to 1.0 instead of 1.4. Thinking to try to lower resolution as well. Tried to open with notepad: Dual Universe\Game\data\dual.cfg . But instead of usual "0 for Off" and "1 for On" I also see "2". Not sure what 2 does and is that even the right file I'm looking into. Haven't tried to change values yet as well. Some interesting lines include "Show FPS" and "SSAO Rendering".
