The Incredible True Story by Logic is pretty good sci-fi themed music.  It's got a bunch of sci-fi references, and there's an audio drama story between the songs on the track.  They even got the voice actor for Spike from Cowboy Bebop to play one of the characters.  There's playlists for it on youtube but some of the song uploads cut out the audio drama, which is (in my opinion), the best part of the album.
