It would be a cool idea, if we could remove fuel from a fuel tank with the refuel tool - without having to have some kind of fuel equipped.
In the current version, my fueltank can be full, but I can only remove fuel, if I have at least one fuel in my inventory, wich I can equip into the Refuel Tool.
